SonShine Preschool

SonShine is a program for children ages 2-5. We believe that children learn best when they're actively involved in their learning.

We provide a variety of "hands on" as well as written and verbal activities. We have a well-rounded curriculum which is included in monthly themes, each focused on the child's age group.

There is a price break if you have more than one child enrolled.
All classes are held from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

2025-2026 Supply List

ALL kids should have a backpack (with labeled name)—large enough to hold a notebook and a change of clothes in a zip lock bag with the child's name on it.

If these items are on your list, please label your child's name on their 3-ring binder, school box, and scissors. For any questions regarding the supply list, contact Nancy Peace.

  • 2 tubs of baby wipes
  • 1 box of 8 jumbo washable crayons (Crayola classic colors preferred)
  • 1 box of 8 jumbo washable markers (Crayola classic colors preferred) **(2-year-olds only)**
  • 2 large PURPLE glue sticks (so they can see where their glue is)
  • 2 – boxes of Kleenex
  • 1 – 3 or 4 pack of REGULAR size play dough (not mini’s) “Play-Doh” brand if possible
  • 1 – 1″ 3 Ring Binder (hard sided)
  • School Box *2 yr olds only*
3 yr olds
  • 2 tubs of baby wipes
  • 1 box of 16 washable crayons (Crayola classic colors preferred)
  • 1 box of 8 washable markers (Crayola classic colors preferred)
  • 4 PURPLE glue sticks
  • 1 bottle of washable Elmer’s glue (small size)
  • 1  30 oz bottle of hand sanitizer
  • 1 pair of child’s metal blade scissors (NOT SAFETY ONES)
  • 1 set of washable watercolor paints
  • 1 1″ 3 Ring Binder (hard sided)
  • School Box
Pre-K Class
  • 1 pair of child’s metal blade scissors
  • 8 PURPLE glue sticks
  • 1 bottles of washable Elmer’s glue (medium size)
  • 1 box of 24 crayons (Crayola classic colors preferred)
  • 1 box of 8 washable markers (Crayola classic colors preferred)
  • 1 4 pack of REGULAR size play dough (not mini’s) “Play-Doh” brand  if possible
  • 1 set of washable watercolor paints
